Dale O'Roark, ECWI V.P., began his career in the construction field with "hands on" experience in roofing, siding, carpentry, gutter installation, painting, window sales and installation. Window Sales and Installation became the trademark of the company in 1972. Several years of residential experience, Dale expanded the company to include a Commercial/Industrial division. Since 1982 the Company installed windows in over 17 States and the District of Columbia. Dale's knowledge and experience with difficult and challenging projects is the main reason leading manufacturers troughout the country have requested the services of ECWI.
